River Place South is a unique housing cooperative building located near the banks of the Potomac River in Rosslyn, VA, a short distance from Washington, D.C.  Rosslyn, VA itself is a bustling urban center graced with bold skyscrapers, majestic vista, ample cultural destinations and recreational opportunities as well as public transportation aplenty.

Sizes of the apartments range from studio units (approximately 383 to 511 sq. feet), one bedrooms (approximately 514 to 756 sq. feet and two bedroom apartments (at slightly over 884 sq. feet).

Apartments include all utilities (water, electric, sewer and natural gas), free wifi (for limited only) and membership to the Entertainment & Fitness Center and Swimming Pool.
