River Place South apartments are individually owned coop units. Owners frequently advertise units for rent on the bulletin board in the mailroom on the lobby level. River Place South takes no responsibility to the validity or content of the listings or of those links within the paid advertisements listed below.  Owners can advertise on this site (coming soon).

The Management Office also rents and manages the 70 apartments and 85 parking spaces owned by the shareholders.  These apartments are available unfurnished for a 1 year lease. 

Very soon, riverplacesouth.com will accept advertisements from current shareholders or management companies (for billing purposes) seeking to rent or sell their apartments. Stay tuned for "How to"

Rates and Format Requirements

• $25 one time fee - Advertisements deleted upon request
• Max 250 Char (with spaces) displayed in default or Times new roman size 10
• Links to web sites ok
• Optional Picture will be displayed at 80x60 pixels (Default graphic if none provided)

No faxes, letters or calls will be accepted to advertise on riverplacesouth.com. All advertising orders must be emailed in there entirety (including graphics) to riverplacesouth.com manager - (coming soon).

Registration:

All Residents are required to register with the River Place South Building.  The cost to register is $25.00 and covers a period of one year.  You will be provided with a key fob to the electronic security entry doors, a laundry card, a River Place South ID as well as a packet with the Rules and Regulations and local information.  At the end of your lease you will need to provide a lease renewal and reregister.
