Shareholder's vote to elect the seven directors which comprise the River Place South Board of Directors. The directors serve three year terms and are responsible for all management, personnel and finance decisions. The Board meetings are generally held on the last Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM. Please remember that minutes are not available until they have been approved at the following month's board meeting. Therefore, they are usually available two months after the actual board meeting.

Resale Documents
Sellers must obtain a resale package from the Management Office at a cost of $300. There is a Resale Package/Transfer Agreement that must be submitted along with your check or money order to the Management Office. Once we receive your payment and this application, there is a window of 7 business days that you must wait to receive your prepared resale package as the documents must be prepared and then reviewed and signed by the President of the Board of Directors. Please plan accordingly. Parking resale documents are available from the River Place Owners Association Office.
The value of apartments at River Place has increased dramatically in recent years. Please contact a realtor if you are interested in buying or selling at River Place South. The River Place South Management office does not keep any sales information. The bulletin boards in the laundry and mail rooms may be used for this purpose. Please contact a realtor for further information.

Registration
Each and every tenant is required to register with the building. the cost to register is $25.00 per person and only valid leaseholders register. This can now be done at the Concierge Desk. Owners may be billed a $50 Failure to Register Fine if this does not occur. Please visit the Residents section for more information on the registration process.
Lease
Landlords may use any valid lease with a three month minimum lease term. Please ensure your lease conforms to applicable landlord/tenant laws. All rental leases should include the River Place south Lease Addendum (see below)
RPS Rules & Regulations
Your tenant will be provided a copy of the Rules and Regulations upon registration.
RPS Lease Addendum
Leases on RPS units are required to include the River Place South Lease Addendum. This addendum must accompany a signed lease upon resident registration with the Management Office in order for the resident to receive access to the gym/pool, package pickup at the front desk, and lockout service.
