River Place South

Residents are attracted to River Place South due to our premiere location but stay for our amenities.

On-site Amenities Include:

Resort Style Swimming Pool
Resort Style swimming pool with graceful beach style entry, lap lanes and separate hot tub/jacuzzi. Pool Clubhouse recently renovated. Guest passes are available at the RPOA office in the Entertainment Center.

Entertainment Center & Multi-Purpose Room
Available for private rental by reservation.

Fitness Center
Located in the River Place South building, there is no need to brave the chilly weather when you want to woek out.  New state-of-the-art fitness center featuring a steam room, dry sauna, billiard tables, ping pong, TV's  circuit/free weights, cardio equipment and locker rooms.  Free towel service and on duty staff.

7 X 24 Hour Patrol
Including lockout service-fee is $15.00

Concierge Service
Hours are M-F 9am- 11 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9-9 (courtesy acceptance of package for all registered residents)

Picnic Area
Picnic area with BBQ Pits on premises. Grill available by reservation.

OA Resident Registration Form
Once registered with your River Place building, you will be given a form to take to the River Place Entertainment Center to register with River Place Owners Association.  There you will be provided with a pass for use at the Fitness Center and Swimming Pool.
